Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Lancaster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Work under this contract shall consist of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits and other services required for the furnishing of equipment of six (6) indoor/outdoor basketball hoop systems, including 4-foot bump out bracket (only on 4 hoops), one (1) basketball hoop system with electronic hoist; boom-style, fold-up mount, and one (1) basketball hoop system with off-wall extension (system to include-backboards, rims, nets, bracing, and all necessary hardware components), and the complete labor for installation, as indicated on the bid list and/or specified herein, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the work specified. The work shall also include the removal and disposal of the two (2) large existing hoops and their associated supports. The two (2) smaller hoops will be removed by others. Five (4) of the hoop systems will be mounted without any mechanism to raise/lower them. The large hoop system located above the stage shall be provided with an electric powered hoist. Electrical supply and connection(s) will be provided by others under a separate contract. One (1) large hoop system will include a manual adjuster (8' - 10' adjustment). Quote for Replacement of Six Indoor Basketball Hoops at the Lancaster Community Center.
