Site work for a civil project in Vermontville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 12, 2026 Project has been awarded to Northern Pump & Well, Inc. awarded amount is not available. Equipping a new well, and installing 145' of water main, tying into the existing well house. Modifying existing and installing new process piping in the well house and coordination with the Village's Control Integrator. The work on this project shall consist of the equipping of Wells Nos. 7, including furnishing and installing pump, piping electrical equipment, piping and building modifications, and all other appurtenances, material, labor, supervision, equipment and miscellaneous parts and fittings as necessary and required for a complete and fully functional system. Well No. 7 consists of a 123 foot deep well with 108 feet of 12-inch steel casing grouted with a 20-inch diameter bore hole. Well No. 7 shall be equipped with a submersible pump and motor rated at 190 gallons per minute at 258 feet of total dynamic head, set at 103 feet below ground level. Additionally, the project includes 145 linear feet of 6-inch water main, piping modifications to an existing well house, and coordination with the Village's systems integrator.
