Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Design plans call for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; transportation facility; and transportation facility.

The Authority seeks to construct a complex garage in the general vicinity of the existing terminal site to increase parking capacity. Along with the reconfiguration of the site, it is anticipated that a new terminal facility will be built along with two future precast parking garages. Key elements of the project are to address parking demand and customer service interest, which includes the potential for the remote terminal to have capabilities for reserved vehicle parking and advance TSA check-in and screening prior to a customer's arrival at Logan Airport. As of June 25, 2026, this project is on hold for now.
