Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Working plans call for the construction of a 4,500-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-story below grade, five-room multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

This project entails the forming and pouring of five modular cottage foundations on CITY owned land at 22 Barrows Street. Each of the five cottages will consist of two prefabricated modules supplied and installed by Preferred Building Systems of Claremont, NH, providing approximately 900 square feet of finished living space. Attics will be inaccessible, and basements will be left unfinished for future CITY completion. The scope of work includes layout, forming and pouring of the foundation concrete footers and walls, providing and installing two sill windows in each foundation, installing penetration sleeves as necessary for utilities, pouring and finishing the basement slabs, and the forming and pouring of a pad at each cottage for a heat pump condenser and a central transformer pad. CITY staff, supported by an experienced project manager, will act as the general CONTRACTOR. The CITY will directly contract with all other sub-CONTRACTORs (electrical, mechanical, finish carpentry, etc.). Both CITY personnel and the project manager have substantial experience with modular construction. The CITY reserves the right to cancel the project at any time and for any reason.
