No definite date for the rebid.** 2025 Aggregate Processing project which consists of the crushing, screening, and stockpiling of existing stockpiles for the Watford City Public Works Department. Stockpile #1 consists of 1,681 cubic yards of miscellaneous concrete and aggregate. Stockpile #2 which consists of 1,283 cubic yards of asphalt, and Stockpile #3 consists of 650 cubic yards of pea stone. Crushed aggregate is to meet 100 percent (%) passing material on the 1 IN sieve size. Watford City will not accept electronic bids for this project. Late bids will be deemed unresponsive The bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's security in the amount of a $500.00 certified check and North Dakota Contractors Licenses in a separate envelope. Please specify "2025 Aggregate Processing" on the envelope. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as required by Section 43-07-05 and Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code and a copy of the license or certificate of renewal thereof issued shall be enclosed in the required bid bond envelope .
