The Board of Education of Woodridge School District 68 invites sealed bids for their 2026 Summer Capital Improvement Program work to be completed at Sipley Elementary School (2806 83rd Street), Goodrich Elementary School (3450 Hobson Road), Edgewood Elementary School (7900 Woodridge Drive), Meadowview Elementary School (2525 Mitchell Drive), Murphy Elementary School (7700 Larchwood Lane) and Willow Creek Elementary School (2901 Jackson Drive) in Woodridge, IL 60517. The scope of the work includes ceiling replacements, door replacements, spandrel panel replacements, bathroom renovations, office renovations, teachers lounge renovations and other related miscellaneous work. Please provide two copies of your bid and clearly mark the outside of your sealed envelope or box with 2026 Capital Improvement Program Bid. A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the base bid price, made payable/insurable to Woodridge School District 68, will be required as security for the bid, and must be submitted along with the bid and all other requested documentation, as required in the bid specifications. This is a Public Works Project, as defined by the Illinois Compiled Statutes, and all prevailing wage, employment practices, drug free workplace, criminal background check, antidiscrimination and other relevant laws and requirements apply. The Board of Education of Woodridge School District 68 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in bidding, as may be in their best interest.
