Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Marshfield, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of work at four locations: - Holt Road: Remove temporary bridge, demolish old bridge, cast-in-place concrete footers and stemwalls, install a new BridgeCor culvert with aluminum headwalls, rock armoring, roadway construction, and related work. - Laird Pond Road: Remove existing culvert, cast-in-place concrete footers and stemwalls, install a new aluminum arch culvert, rock armoring, roadway construction, and related work. - Pigeon Pond Road: Remove existing culvert, install a precast concrete box culvert, rock armoring, roadway construction, and related work. - Maple Hill Road: Remove existing culvert, install a pipe arch culvert with cast-in-place headwalls, rock armoring, roadway construction, and related work. There is a contractual duration of 120 days to substantial completion, excluding structure procurement. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required to submit a bid.
