OSC Gazebo Roof And Repair Roof replacement and minor repair to the gazebo at the Old Schoolhouse Common in Marshfield VT. Site inspection is required. Contact Andrew LaRosa to arrange site visit. Install 29 - gauge galvalume drip edge , shingle manufactured approved underlayment and "Architectural shingles . Ridges are to receive hip shingles . The existing octagonal wood structure is approximately 24 ' in diameter . The minimal amount of miscellaneous carpentry repair and painting will come from the Owner's held allowance , and will be used in a mutually agreed scope . The contractor is responsible for removal of all material and site safety during construction . Bathroom facilities are available on site .
