The project is generally for the construction of approximately 13 miles of asphalt pavement overlay along BIA Route 23, Birch Creek Road. The work includes the following: crushed aggregate course (Type "A") 2,911 tons, plant mix surfacing GR S-3/4 in 37,404 tons, asphalt cement PG 58-28 2,319 tons, route crack sealant, cover-type 1 totaling 231,382 square yards, cold milling 3,996 square yards, striping 731 gallons, and quality control testing.
