BID #25-19 HVAC FIREHOUSE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CAMDEN at One North 27th Street (Engine 9) and 1115 Kaighn Ave (Squad 7). This project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Only electronic bids shall be accepted. Specifications, drawings, and contract documents may be obtained through the Citys Bidding System. Each bidder must submit only one electronic bid through the Bids&Tenders portal by the deadline. Each bid must be submitted with a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid sum, not to exceed $20,000.00, along with a non-collusion affidavit. Bid bonds may be digital or in paper form and must be received prior to bid opening, either electronically or by delivery in a sealed envelope. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance, Maintenance, and Payment Bonds and necessary insurance certificates upon contract execution. Bidders must submit complete and detailed specifications of the product or service they propose to supply. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. All bidders and subcontractors must hold or obtain any required licenses before the contract award and must produce current Certificates of Registration from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development for themselves and their subcontractors. Employment conditions and minimum wage rates must comply with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development standards and/or the Davis-Bacon Act as applicable. Bidders are also required to comply with Affirmative Action Regulations. No bidder may submit more than one bid.
