Each bid must be accompanied by Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond to the order of the City of Camden, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the sum of the bid but not in excess of $20,000.00 together with a non-collusion affidavit. Event bid note: City of Camden may be mailed or dropped off in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and contract description on the outside to: Purchasing Agent C/O City Clerk, City of Camden City Hall, Room 105, Sixth and Market Streets, Camden, New Jersey.
