Demolition for a multi-residential development in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for the Demolition of Ablett Village and Alfred Cramer Site A located in the City of Camden, NJ for the Camden County Improvement Authority. All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation. The Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that is binding on all contractors performing on-site project work. Bidders must comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq., as well as P.L. 1999, c. 238, (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57) where applicable. It is strongly encouraged that bidders attend the pre-bid meeting onsite to fully understand the specifications and conditions of work. In case of inconsistencies, the bid documentation will control. All bidder questions and Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer Marco Carulli at marco.Carulli@rve.comby 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
