Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Steam replacement starting from the expansion joints in MHS01 to MHD03A including the supply through and into Jeffery Hall basement. It is expected that at least one manhole replacement will be part of this scope (MHD01) with DO3A as a separate price. There is also a service entrance for Jeffery Hall that will be in scope for review and redesign as required. In addition, reinstate the roof of the MHS01 manhole as part of the scope for the steam line replacement between D03A and MHS01 (Jeffery Hall steam line), including design and cost estimation for a new lightweight hatch roof system replacing the previous concrete roof design. Review, consult, design, engineer, contract administration, construction administration, site inspections etc. to support the replacement and upgrade of this section of steam distribution and manholes, including the new roof reinstatement works. TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering design has ben awarded. Design is underway. Updates may be available fall 2026. *Value Range: $100,001 ~ 1,000,000.
