The deadline to ask questions is 12/01/2025 10:00 AM CST Highpointe Ranch Phase 2 East Grading Package. Questions regarding the project should be directed through online or to Kyle Brockman, at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. via email kyle.brockman@kimley-horn.com. construction of clearing and grading of approximately 32 Acres in the City of Aubrey, Texas Certified/Cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. The amount of said cashier's check or bond will be forfeited to the Owner and the bank or surety shall be liable to the Owner for the amount in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within fifteen (15) days after the date of notice of award. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. Anticipated Start Date is January 1, 2026.
