Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Laramie County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to demolish and remove an existing playground structure, provide and install new playground equipment, and concrete picnic tables. Proposals must be sealed, hand delivered or mailed, clearly marked with "Proposals for: Orchard Valley Playground," the bidder's name and address, and the bid submitted date. Late proposals will not be considered. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to negotiate separately with competing respondents, to waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in any bids, or to accept the bid or bids judged to be in the best interest of the County.
