Pre-Qualification: Yes Roofing contractors pre-qualification procedure prior to submitting a bid, roofing contractors must be pre-approved and shall submit the qualifications form located in section 00 45 13.10 of the specifications on or before 2:00 p.M., december 18, 2025. Qualification forms submitted after this date will not be accepted. Qualifications forms shall be submitted to: stasis design, 2232 dell range blvd, suite 303, cheyenne, wy 82001. Submitted information will be reviewed by the district, and contractors will be notified in writing of the determination. Only bids submitted by contractors preapproved by the district will be accepted. The work includes, but is not limited to: Central High School: Remove all existing layers of the Mod Bit roof system, insulation, flashings, and metal flashing as indicated in the Plans. Install the new fully adhered black EPDM roof system with new insulation, tapered insulation crickets, gutter, down spouts and cover board. Install new wall flashings, curb flashings, expansion and new metal flashing as indicated in the plans. Administration Building: Remove all existing layers of the EPDM roof system, insulation, flashings, and metal flashing as indicated in the Plans. Install the new fully adhered EPDM roof system with new insulation, tapered insulation crickets, and cover board. Install new wall flashings, curb flashings, and new metal flashing as indicated in the plans. Transportation Building: Remove all existing layers of the BUR roof system, insulation, flashings, and metal flashing as indicated in the Plans. Install the new fully adhered black EPDM roof system with new insulation, tapered insulation crickets, gutter, down spouts and cover board. Install new wall flashings, curb flashings, expansion and new metal flashing as indicated in the plans.
