Site work for a development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
Notice of Call for Bids by the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Abandoned Mine Land Division, for General Statewide Construction Contracts for smaller AML construction jobs throughout Wyoming. This is not a competitive bid, as AML is seeking multiple qualified and experienced contractors for construction at various locations in the state. Qualifications, experience with mine reclamation, available equipment, and unit costs may be considered in selecting the contractor pool. The total cost of the No Bond Task Order Contract shall not exceed $150,000. All documents must be uploaded to the Public Purchase site prior to the specified deadline or they will be rejected. Only bids submitted electronically through Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase shall be accepted. Incomplete submittals shall be rejected. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must attend one of the mandatory Bidder's Meetings to be qualified. Each bidder must submit a list of available equipment, documentation of equipment age and condition, hourly rates, a list of similar type work experience, and a business reference list. Only qualified bidders will receive the "Appendix C - Bid Proposal" to submit their bids. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory meeting or fail to sign in by the specified start time, or who leave early, will have their bids rejected. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 at 5:00 PM MT
