The location of the meters and technical specifications are available to view online. Bidders should download and review plans and specifications through the City of Oxford's bid portal to be added to the planholders list. Bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than 5% of the total bid amount. Sealed, hard copies with bid security may be submitted by hand-delivery or mail. Electronic submissions are also accepted, but bid security must be received prior to the bid closing time. The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified bid and is subject to approval by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The Board of Aldermen reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
