Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Arthur, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Jefferson County Drainage District No. 7 is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional engineering services for mitigation improvements related to Tropical Storm Imelda for the Rodair Detention Pond and Rodair Detention Pump Station. The project will be funded by FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. The scope includes necessary engineering services for study and design acquisition, but does not include construction phase services. Services must comply with all local, State, and Federal laws, regulations, and executive orders related to the grant program. The scope of services includes all those normally required for FEMA and Texas Department of Emergency Management approval of the Phase 1 HMGP project. Details on the general scope of work are provided in appendices. Bidders are encouraged to submit statements of qualifications and experience for consideration for a single contract award resulting from this solicitation.
