Project has been cancelled Sealed bids are invited for sludge hauling and disposal for the Utilities Department for the calendar year 2026. Bids must include a certified check, cashier's check, letter of credit equal to 10% of the amount bid, or a bond for the full bid amount, as a guarantee that if accepted, a contract will be entered into and a performance bond secured. Cash deposits will not be accepted. The bid check or bond should be enclosed in a sealed bid in a separate envelope clearly marked 'BID CHECK/BOND' with the bidder's name and address. Bidders must ensure non-discrimination in employment and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations. Bids must be submitted on the printed form provided by the City, and bid blanks and specifications may be obtained from the city's website or the Law Department during regular business hours. The Director of Public Safety/Service reserves the right to make separate or combined awards and to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities in the bids.
