Bid Group #1 includes the following bid packages: Demolition, General Trades, Millwork & Casework, Acoustical Ceilings, Floor & Wall Tile, Resilient Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Painting & Wallcovering, Signage, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical. 25-131-FM Bid Group 1 Bid Packages #1-13 Bid openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the Bid. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner.
