Wilmington Island Park is located at 2401 Walthour Road, Savannah, Georgia 31410. 4.2 SCOPE OF SERVICES: All bids must be made on the basis of and either meet or exceed the requirements contained herein. The provision, construction and installation of the playground components shall be based on and meeting the following: 4.2.1 Contractors shall provide and install playground equipment at Bona Bella Neighborhood Park. For this playground, the County is looking for a replacement playground for ages two (2) to five (5) years, with two (2) slides, river rock climber, flower spinner panel, bongos, wave climber, and certified mulch base material. 4.2.2 In addition to the requirements contained in section IV, refer to the layout drawings provided in Supporting Documentation. 4.2.3 All components, accessories, hardware, and other items required for a complete and usable system shall be provided. 4.2.4 See below for Davis Bacon wages.
