SITE CIVIL WORK The Scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: 1. Miscellaneous Paving (Mill and Overlay and Full Depth) a. This task will be to address asphalt areas that are determined deficient by the Buffalo Bills and consultant team. Project areas will be determined in Spring 2026 prior to construction, by a representative of the Buffalo Bills. Base bid quantity for Mill and Overlay of 10,000 SF. 2. Admin Building Water Service a. This task will be to provide a new 4" PVC water service from the end of the Commissary water loop and extend to be within 5' from the outside of the Old Administration building. This task includes all associated demolition and restoration. 3. Salt Barn Water Service a. This task will be to providea new 1" HDPE water service from near the commissary building to a new hose bib at the southeast corner of the Salt Barn. This service is to be installed by horizontal directional drilling to avoid open cutting. This task includes all associated demolition and restoration. 4. Cut and Cap 16" ACP a. This task will be to cut and cap the existing 16" ACP domestic water service for the stadium. The service will be abandoned in place and filled with flowable fill. This task includes all associated demolition and restoration. 5. Team Store Sanitary Connection a. This task will include the installation of new 6" gravity SDR-35 sanitary sewer
