Site work for a water / sewer project in Erie Township, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Erie Township Sanitary Sewer Expansion The Project includes the following Work: Construction of 1350' of 8" gravity sanitary sewer, 6950' of 18" gravity sanitary sewer, 1380' of 10" forcemain, and the construction of a new duplex submersible pump station, including installing a new 10' wet well and above ground mechanical piping building. See Bid Form for quantities. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to Sam Szaroletta at sams@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security must be at least 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work
