The project generally includes providing labor, equipment, and material for maintenance of the Borough of Palmyra Sewer Treatment Plant and Collection System for the duration of 2026. Bids must be submitted using the standard Bid form contained within the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the project title. Each bid must include all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and a bid guarantee in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars. The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, made payable to the Borough of Palmyra and submitted with the sealed bid. Bidders must comply with all relevant laws and requirements referenced in the contract documents. The Borough of Palmyra reserves the right to reject all bids or waive minor informalities, and will award the project to the lowest responsible bidder if not rejecting all bids.
