**As of December 16th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The intent of the drawings and specifications is that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, water, light, power, superintendence, barricades, signs, temporary construction and transportation necessary for the proper execution of the work in accordance with the Contract Documents and all incidental work necessary to complete the project in an acceptable manner, ready for use, occupancy or operation by the Owner. In case of conflict between the drawings and specifications, the specifications shall govern. Figure dimensions on drawings shall govern over scale dimensions, and detail drawings shall govern over general drawings. In case of a conflict in the documents as to quantity or quality of work or material, the greater quantity or better quality of work or materials shall be furnished by the Contractor. Any discrepancies found between the drawings and specifications and site conditions or any inconsistencies or ambiguities in the drawings or specifications shall be immediately reported to the Engineer, in writing, who shall promptly correct such inconsistencies or ambiguities in writing. Work done by the Contractor after his discovery of such discrepancies, inconsistencies or ambiguities shall be done at the Contractor's risk.
