Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct WATER - SECTION II for Sanitary and Improvement District 372, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications available at E & A Consulting Group, Inc. The work includes constructing water mains of various sizes, boring water mains, installing gate valves and boxes, tees and crosses, constructing fire hydrant assemblies, connecting to existing mains, relocating existing hydrants, and seeding and matting, with specific approximate quantities listed for each item. All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by E & A Consulting Group, Inc., and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of at least $68,150 as security. The successful bidder must enter into a contract and provide a contract and maintenance bond for 100% of the total contract price. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Clerk and marked as instructed. Bid security is to be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid opening. Plans and specifications are available for a non-refundable fee. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
