Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform STORM SEWER & PAVING - SECTION I for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 385, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications, and at the locations shown on the detailed drawings. The work consists essentially of constructing various sizes of RCP storm sewer pipe, curb inlets of multiple types, storm manholes, concrete collars, external frame seals, box culvert, headwalls/wingwalls, rip-rap, concrete pavement with integral curb, subgrade preparation, pavement and sign removals, street name and traffic control sign installations, permanent pavement paint markings, jetting sanitary sewer, and related tasks, as itemized in the estimated quantities list. All proposals must be submitted on specified bid forms and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check. The successful bidder will enter into a contract in accordance with the requirements of the plans and specifications, and provide a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw their proposal for sixty days after bid opening.
