Sealed proposals are required for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, and equipment needed to perform POWER DUCT - SECTION II for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 372, Sarpy County, Nebraska. The work includes furnishing and installing 4" conduit (trenched and bored), furnishing and installing 3" conduit (trenched), constructing transformer box pads, pedestals, pull boxes, and installing telecommunications duct. Proposals must be submitted on bid forms supplied by E & A Consulting Group, Inc., accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of at least $28,200.00 as security that the successful bidder will enter into a contract and provide a contract and maintenance bond for 100% of the contract price. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District 372 and marked as specified. The bid security must be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the proposal envelope and marked appropriately. The responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid will be awarded the contract, provided the bid is in accordance with the plans and specifications. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
