Site work for a communication facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Sealed proposals are sought for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct POWER DUCT — SECTION V for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 344, Sarpy County, Nebraska. The scope includes the following approximate quantities: 12,129 LF of 4" conduit (trenched), 750 LF of 4" conduit (bored), 1,210 LF of 3" conduit (trenched), 22 transformer box pads, 63 pedestals, 3 pull boxes, and 26,000 LF of telecommunications duct. All proposals must be submitted on bid forms provided by E & A Consulting Group, Inc. and be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than $22,050.00 payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District 344. The responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid will be required to enter into a contract and provide a contract and maintenance bond for 100% of the contract price. Bid bonds must be by a licensed corporate surety. Bids must be in sealed envelopes addressed to the Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District 344 and marked as specified. Bid security is to be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the proposal envelope. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
