Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and all else necessary to properly construct the designated improvements for PARK IMPROVEMENTS 2026 - SEEDING in Millard Highlands South, Sanitary and Improvement District No. 104 of Sarpy County, Nebraska. The work consists of the construction or effectuation of the following items and related preparatory and subsidiary work: clearing and grubbing, seed bed preparation, general grading, shaping, and erosion repair, installation of rolled erosion control (Type II), installation of seeding (Type Shady Woodland Seed Mix and Type Super Turf I), weed prevention spraying program, fertilizing (3-step program), utility and additional restoration allowance, and erosion maintenance allowance. Bidders must provide a certified or bank check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of $2,425.00 as a guarantee and, if successful, execute the contract and provide a contract bond from an approved surety for 100 percent of the contract price. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after bid opening. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Digital and paper bidding documents are available for purchase.
