Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Astoria, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Clatsop County is conducting an Invitation to Bid to replace existing 36" culverts with a 25' bottomless arch at milepost 10.5 on Youngs River Road in Astoria, Oregon. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment as described. Sealed bids are required. Any bid received after the specified time will not be considered. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted. A bid bond equal to ten percent of the total bid is required. Project is for Public Works subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The County reserves the right to waive minor informalities and reject any or all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids if it is deemed to be in the public interest to do so. Engineers estimate is $450k to $500k. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
