The project generally includes collecting, transporting, and disposing of municipal sewage plant sludge from the Borough’s Sewage Treatment Plant located at the end of Firth Lane in the Borough of Palmyra, New Jersey. Bids must be made on the standard Bid form contained within the specifications and contract documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the Project title on the outside, and addressed to the Borough Clerk. Each bid must be accompanied by all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and a bid guarantee in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, drawn to the order of the Borough of Palmyra and delivered simultaneous with the sealed bid. Bidders are required to comply with all referenced laws and regulations. The Borough reserves the right to reject all bids or waive minor informalities. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder if not all bids are rejected.
