BASE BID 1: Towers North: Work consists of surface preparation and painting of all walls and ceilings in student rooms, bathrooms, lavatory rooms, and closets identified on project drawings. Student bathrooms and lavatory rooms should be painted with mold-resistant paint on the walls and ceilings, per the project specifications. Contractor to provide Unit Pricing for painting of door frames (each) on both sides of the door frame. Work to include sanding, cleaning, and preparation of existing frames, and painting with oil-based paint per the project specifications.
