Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The City of Cape Girardeau is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide professional services related to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The selected firm will conduct a Tier 1 Broad Environmental Review covering the entire City of Cape Girardeau, as well as Tier 2 Site-Specific Reviews for individual single-family rehabilitation projects funded under the City's CDBG program. The majority of CDBG funds will support the rehabilitation of single-family homes across the community. Sealed proposals must be clearly marked: "Environmental Review Services - CDBG Program." The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
