Written responses to IFB questions will be released by the date and time specified in the Schedule of Events and viewable in the online project advertisement in Cal eProcure Contractor's Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform rain gutter removal, fabrication, and installation services at the El Cajon DMV Field Office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. 2. The services shall be performed at: 1450 Graves Avenue, El Cajon, CA 92021. The Contractor shall use care in the removal of the old rain gutters, downspouts, and associated items, taking precautions to avoid damage to the roof, fascia, and surrounding areas. b. All materials shall be disposed of by the Contractor in an environmentally responsible manner. c. The Contractor shall ensure that the worksite is cleaned, and all debris is removed by the end of the project.
