Site work, new construction and renovation of a day care center in Valley, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a day care center; for the renovation of a day care center; and for site work for a day care center.
The following Bid Packages (BP) will be bid as scheduled below: Bp#3 Masonry Bp#4 Electrical Bp#5 Dryside Hvac/controls Bp#6 Plumbing/wetside Hvac Bp#7 Fire Protection Garco Construction, Inc. (General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting SEALED proposals from qualified contractors for above scope of work. The scope of work will be outlined in the Contract Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in Contract Specifications. A Bid Bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above.
