Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Valley, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a day care center; for site work for a day care center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The following Bid Packages (BP) will be bid as scheduled below: Bp#14 Site Concrete Bp#15 Asphalt Paving Bp#16 Landscaping Bp#17 Casework/architectural Woodwork Garco Construction, Inc. (General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting SEALED proposals from qualified contractors for above scope of work. The scope of work will be outlined in the Contract Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in Contract Specifications. A Bid Bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above.
