Services are required to perform tank and bilge cleaning on U.S. Coast Guard vessels in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Government intends to award one Requirements contract with fixed-price delivery orders, consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. This requirement is set aside for total small business participation. Proposals must be submitted by the established due date; late submissions will not be considered.
