Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Requisition Nbr: R2026000020 Document Nbr: D2026000023 Scope of Work The scope of work includes the interior renovation of Holmes Hall Rooms 140, 140A, and 140C. Work shall include, but is not limited to, painting, installing floor sealer, spray fireproofing, patching and repairing walls and surfaces, installing a pipe railing gate and fence at 140C, and all necessary structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, and hazardous material abatement. Clarifications The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is on December 2, 2025. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum. Site visit- Contractors shall arrange for an appointment by calling the Technical Representative on any normal working day, Monday through Friday, after 9:00 a.m., but not later than 4:00 p.m.
