Question Deadline 12/19/2025 Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Landon, Peter. The State of Hawaii's Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW) is seeking bids for constructing an ungulate-proof fence within the Kohala Watershed Partnership (KWP) management area at Waihoolana, as well as associated tasks such as clearing the fence corridor. The successful bidder will enter a contract with the State of Hawaii, from which the fence project will be executed with a State of Hawaii Purchase Order (PO). The bidder will also provide a performance bond and payment bond to ensure completion of all portions of the project to the specifications herein and payment of any materials or labor debts. As a courtesy, please contact KWP's Mahina Patterson (pohaip@hawaii.edu or (808) 289-2903) at least one week prior to the meeting to confirm attendance. A contractor's license is not required to bid on this job. At Waihoolana, approximately 9,500 feet of fence will be constructed
