The City is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide traffic engineering services on an on-call basis. These services will support non-developer projects and address a variety of requests that require specialized traffic engineering expertise. The selected Firm(s) must demonstrate that they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide professional traffic engineering services. Each Firm shall have a Licensed Professional Engineer with a Professional Transportation Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification.
