Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Winter Haven, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

CMAR services will be separated into two Task Orders Pre-Construction Services and Construction Phase Services. Additional Task Orders may be required for "early out" construction packages. The City may choose to purchase equipment that has been selected through the CMAR's bidding and contracting processes through Owner Direct Purchase (ODP) for sales tax recovery purposes. Site visits can be scheduled in advance between November 5, 2025 and December 2, 2025. Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services are requested for the Cypresswood & Pollard Road Water Production Facilities.
