Section 1: Remove the existing double CSP 900 mm Ø x 14m long and install two (2) 1400mm Ø x 20m long CMP culverts at Field Access, SE 5-25-3E1, in the Rural Municipality of Bifrost-Riverton. Section 2: Remove the existing double CSP 1000 mm Ø x 15.2m long and install two (2) 1400mm Ø x 20m long CMP culverts at Municipal Road 14 E, SE 5-25-3E1, in the Rural Municipality of Bifrost-Riverton. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by the Engineer Starting January 5, 2026, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Water Control Removing Metal Pipe Culverts Placing Group "C" Culverts Liquidated Damages The Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Thirty (30) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is April 1 to June 15 of Any Year. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
