Winn981024A Nutrient Reduction Wetland Project Section 24, Township 98 North, Range 10 West Winnisheik County, Iowa The project is for the construction of a nutrient reduction wetland with a chute outlet structure. The work includes, but is not limited to: selective clearing, excavation, grading, installation of tied concrete block mat (Flexamat Plus or engineer approved equal), tile installation, installation of a water control structure, and seeding. The scope includes approximately 15,200 cubic yards of earthwork, installation of 6,608 square feet of tied concrete block mat, water control structure, 1,100 linear feet of tile installation, 108 linear feet of RCP drawdown pipe, 48 tons of riprap, two anti-seep collars, one concrete apron with footing guard, and seeding over 8.0 acres. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid forms and include a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Bidders must register with the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals & Licensing. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance/Payment Bond for 100% of the contract price.
