Site work for a water / sewer project in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work consists of replacing approximately 12,000 linear feet of 8-inch and 350 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity sewer mains, along with 60 manholes, 110 replacement sewer services, and road restoration. The project also includes upgrades to generators and SCADA systems at three existing lift stations. Bids must be submitted in duplicate originals in a sealed envelope, labeled with the name and address of the bidder and the bid date and time, along with the heading: "BID FOR CDBG MIT WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II." Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond for 5% of the maximum bid amount. Only complete sets of the solicitation package will be distributed, and only registered holders will receive addenda. Bids delivered after the specified date and time or not properly sealed will not be opened or considered. Facsimile, telegraph, and email bids are not accepted.
