As of January 22, 2026 No bids received on the project . No definite date for rebid. The question and answer module of OpenGov IS being utilized for this solicitation. Timely questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline for questions: Monday, December 15, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST. Respondents are instructed not to contact the initiating division directly. The work performed under the contract shall consist of the removal of existing glass or other glazing, all required measurements, furnishing correct size and type replacement glass or other glazing, as well as complete and finished installation of glass (including security glazing) as per all applicable codes, manufacturers' specifications, and as specified herein at the Orange County Corrections Complex located at 3723 Vision Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32839. Contract Term The Contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence effective upon execution by both parties and shall specify a performance period of five (5) years. For the duration of the contract, any changes in the terms and conditions shall be reduced to writing as an amendment to this contract and such amendment shall be executed by both parties. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, starting at 1:00PM EST, located at Orange County Corrections Department, 3723 Vision Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32839. Attendance is not mandatory, but is encouraged. Interested parties are to arrive fifteen (15) minutes early for security check-in. Please be advised that closed-toed shoes are a requirement when entering the Corrections compound. Escorts will escort parties throughout Corrections compound. It is the Respondent's responsibility to become fully informed as to the nature and extent of the work required, local site conditions and any other factors that may impact performance of the contract. The responsibility to inspect the worksite is the sole responsibility of the Respondent. This will be the only opportunity to obtain site access for an inspection of facilities. Respondents requesting site visits outside of this pre-bid conference will not be accommodated.
