Site work for a development in University City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
The scope of work consists of the trimming of trees as described in detail in the bid package. Bids must include an overall price for the activities involving the lot of trees and a general price per tree. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% security in the form of cash, a cashier's or certified check, or an acceptable bid bond. Work is anticipated to begin in January 2026. Contractors must agree not to discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, or lack thereof, and must include a similar non-discrimination provision in all sub-contracts. Disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) must be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
