Such questions will be answered in the form of an Addendum to the Bid which will be emailed to all known bidders that attended the PreBid Conference and posted to the Citys website. Verbal responses will not be given. The Hagen Park Generator project consists of replacing the existing emergency generator located at the Hagen Park Community Center located in Wilton Manors and providing an operable electric generating system, including all devices and equipment specified in the technical specifications. A. Provide and perform acceptance testing of a complete and operable standby electric generating system, including all devices and equipment specified herein, and as required for the intended service. All materials and equipment shall be new, factory tested, and delivered to the job site ready for installation. B. Comply with all Federal Conditions and all applicable provisions of the Grant Agreement C. The generator set ratings shall be rated at 150kW, @ 0.8 p.f., 208/120V, three-phase, four wire, wye connected. Output capacity shall be maintained up to 500 feet elevation and at ambient temperatures between 40 and 120 degrees F. D. The system shall include the following: 1. 1 engine-generator set, with accessories 2. Starting batteries 3. Battery Charger, 10 amp rating 4. Other control devices, accessories, tests, documents, and services as needed to meet specifications. E. Furnish the following items for the generator set: 1. Exhaust silencer, hospital grade, flanges, wall thimble, and flexible exhaust pipe section, sized as required for the engine and installation. 2. Sound attenuated, weatherproof enclosure as specified herein. 3. The above description is not intended to be all inclusive, and the contractor shall be responsible for notifying the City of any conflicts or deficiencies noted during review of technical specifications, design plans or site inspection which would affect the proposers final project costs.
