*As of April 27, 2026, this project is still in design-development. A General Contractor or Construction Manager has not been selected yet, and a timeline for bidding has not been established yet. Construction is estimated to start in the Summer of 2027. The initial project is anticipated to include remodeling of the Cosmetology labs located on both campuses and construction of an approximately 19,500 SF three-story addition to the Eastland campus.
